Default My other car...

This was (was being the operative word here) my car until it was totalled with me in it last summer. Let me know waht you think! The car was one of approx 4000 made worldwide with the options package it had.

I really miss that car, even if I looked like a big dorky white dude in a lil tiny go-kart.

Cool

Those of us who grew up with British sports cars understand your loss entirely. Many people just don't understand the affection we had for driving those cars. They were lots of fun (if not reliable). It truly is heartbreaking...

Thanks, I couldn't agree more. This car was a sort of replacement for My 72' MGBGT that I gave up on after it threw a rod. The Miata was as fun and then some, plus I didn't have to work on it every other day...

Such a fun little car. It had a limited slip diff., K&N filter, different exhaust and header. Not lightning fast, but fast enough to make you not want to get out of the car.

I was looking to buy one a couple of years ago but it didn't fit me when I went for a test drive.

I will say this though, the NB community is waaaaaay more friendly than the Miata guys. I'm not really sure why though...

Thanks Dnyed, I've owned a bunch of cars, but I truly loved that car. On a more positive note, I got invited to a Mazda track day and got to wring out the new Miata on an autocross course, as well as do a timed gymkhana...Nothing like beating on somebody else's car for free! I also won a year's worth of Autoweek magazine!

Oh, and I changed my own timing belt and waterpump in no time flat for less than $150!
