My POOR, POOR Van!!! WAAAAHHHH!!!!

How's this for a happy day turning to crap in a heartbeat?

10 minutes after we leave the lot after buying my bug, we turn around in a parking lot (hubby was following me in our van)...and then...BOOM. UGH

It looks like the Terminator now!!!

Thank GOD it was purely cosmetic damage and still runs beautifully, as the Bug was replacing our old 1991 Ford Ranger that has 250k on it.

BUT, even though the other guy was too close to the median, and my hubby couldn't get the van stopped 'cause of the rain, it's "our fault" and being the van is paid off...we only had liability insurance....WAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHH

Screw the van!!! The Beetle didn't get hurt did it?? JK JK JK sorry to hear of your insult after jubilation. Just because a vehicle is paid off, doesn't mean you remove Comprehensive/Colision coverage though. Let Jack, Jim, or Johnny help you ease the pain for a bit....sorry to hear your weekend starting off that way to ruin the rest of your excitement.
