So your exhaust doesn't stink? Careful, your SMUG level is rising. Doesn't your car emit when it is running on gasoline?

Yes, hybrids do emit fumes when running on gas...I believe, if I am rememebering this correctly, the EPA rates them as SULEV (Super Ultra Low Emmision Vehicles)

Almost. They are called ZERO EMMISION VEHICLES.

It has to be the way they check the fumes, I am guessing. Maybe they add up the time is is not emitting fumes, as in, when you are at a light, and the whole deal is shut down. Or when you are driving around, and the ICE is off.

Not sure. But I am sure it's called a Zero Emission Vehicle.

Yes, but hardly anything. I have put my hand back there, and felt almost nothing. Far less then a diesel, there can be no argument.

And when the ICE is off, nothing at all comes through the exhaust.

So, earlier today, I was driving around, and I noticed I got 56.9 MPG! I did not get a picture of that, but I did get a picture of a pretty high record. And, I took this picture of what happens when you turn the car off, and you have had a particular high MPG.
