Default Automatic Hatch Spoiler Stuck!

And yet another problem... I hope this dosent turn out to be the norm...

My rear hatch auto spoiler is stuck open. Has anyone else had this problem? I've searched the posts and came up empty.

Turn the car off, turn it back on and it should reset, if not, try using the button under the dash to close it.

Its only been stuck for 30 minutes or so. I noticed it was still up while stopped and was still up when I parked at work. I'll go start it up at break and see if it closes. btw I opened it manually ;D. Tried closing it manually and nothing... Updated to follow...

Mine gets stuck all the time. You have to drive the car not just start it. I think about 15mph should do it. Mine usually goes down as I shift to second. It's been happening since Chip was 1 month old.
