Question All Season Tires

I am going to be replacing my tires before winter comes and I need advice on the best all season tires I can get without breaking the bank. My main concern is snow/rain handling, and a quiet ride. Any suggestions from you great people would be much appreciated!

Back in March I put on the Goodyear Triple Treads. They are GREAT in the rain and I think they are pretty quiet.(I blast my music so I can't really tell ya ) I haven't driven them in the snow yet, maybe someone else has. Good luck

Nokian WRs... You'll be unstoppable in the rain/snow.

They're bank-breakers tho, but worth every penny. I believe I paid a little over $600 for the set for 16".

Are you saying $600 out the door, or was that just the price of the tires only? If that includes balancing, mounting, etc. then that's not too bad. I have never heard of that brand, though.
