Red face The bug is back

I've recently had my exhaust done...came out good...
Anyways, I think I have a short circut in my fuse box. My interior lights, speedo, tach, euroswitch, all 3 lighters/plugs, window and locks lights aren't on...although my driving lights are, the werid thing is that now my DRL are disengaged, this is so weird...also when I tried to replace the only blown fuse I had #41 (cig lighter pic) I blew the new fuse as soon as I put it in...can anyone help with a how-to or a diagram/schematics
Thanks a heap.

Any recent electrical work, or parts replacements?

Just the 02 sensor, I needed a new one the other one was fried. Also I just noticed today that my AC is not cooling, the fan comes on but the compressor doesn't kick in, I checked the free-on and I am good as far as that...I read in an old post about the 3 green fuses above the batt. but those are fine none are burned, and the compartment its self was replaced last year. I have an aftermarket deck thats about 2 yrs. old, nothing extra for wiring. I also just replaced the MAF, but I don't see how any of these could affect the Interior lights and AC...I just got her back on the road and now this...how frustrating.
