i just installed a new temp sensor in my car. i put a green one in from ecs tuning. well first i started by taking the cap off of the coolant tank, i then took the old one off and put the new one in. i lost about a pint of fluid. well when all was said and done. i started the car and now the temp light blinks red?! wtf! i still havent cleared the cel but if anyone can give me some advice i would be so greatful. i dont wanna move the car til i rectify the problem at hand. once again thanx

Double check by putting the old sensor back in and see what happens. If you know for sure that you only lost 1 pint of coolant and you have replaced that amount then you should be OK. Also check your wires to the sensor. Good luck mate.
