Unhappy Lower Engine Covers

My dealer sent me a letter through the mail saying they recommend installing lower engine covers per the factory recommended, I though wow they really want my money, So heres the question, is it worth getting the covers or should i just let it go...also my heated seat element burned out, anyone with suggestions on getting it fixed or just go through the dealer.

I have the splash guard but not the full belly pan. For me it's a waste of money because I have the side engine guards (that were NOT factory installed, got them as a freebie when I had a small front end collision with a tire and the shop thought they were ripped off so they added them gratis!) so I'm not really worried. Its up to you, if you drive on gravel a lot it may be worth the money.

I was just looking for these last night for my 1.8T, they are not easy to find online without the part #. Does anyone know if the 1.8T, 1.9TDI and 2.0 actually use a different part, I know the vert uses a different one. Both of mine are in poor shape, Taxpayers not getting moneys worth with roads in Louisiana. Does anyone have the part #'s for these.

I use all three ... down south here we need to make sure to pull as much air throught the A/C and Radiator as possible.
