Default DRL's not coming on

Intruiging problem I have here, my DRL's aren't coming on. Now for those of you who disabled them you're thinking "what the heck is the problem with that?", but I didn't disable them...they just stopped working. I thought I had read that there was a relay that controlled them and something else but I'm not sure what else it controls or what relay/where it is. All other lights on the car work fine, no fuses blown, etc....any ideas?

Same thing happend to me over a year ago. I see it as a "feature" The strange thing is that they have come back on once or twice since then. Must be a DRL ghost.

Check Relay 173...under the dash over the dead pedal...

I don't know what else it runs either.

Will all of your headlights turn on, both dim and bright?
