Angry One of my Prolumen HID lights stopped working

Has anyone else had problems with there Prolumen HID kits?

The light on my driverside has just suddenly stopped working. I mean it will work for about 6 seconds when the car first turns on and then it will just flicker off and die.

After consulting with Walter we have come to the conclusion that there is something wrong with the bulb.

This kit was purchased on the group buy offered by http://www.thexenonstore.com. It says lifetime warranty on the site and on the posting.

I emailed Devin98 so I am hoping that he will honor the warranty soon. It is really unsafe for me to be driving around with one headlight because it is pitch black here at 4 pm.

Has anyone else needed to get thier bulb replaced?

HELP!
Has anyone else bought from this Devin Montreuil guy (Devins 98)from Brampton Ontario that runs the Xenon store?

He hasn't replied to my emails regarding the bulb that has burnt out after 1 year almost to the day.

I need to contact him because driving around with one headlight is dangerous because I can't see the ice on the road. I contacted my local prolumen dealer and they said that I can buy new lights for $110 a bulb. But why should I have to buy then when he claims that they last for 4 -5 years (see post from a mazda forum) http://forum.mazda6club.com/index.ph...ic=29314&st=15

Has anyone else had this problem!!

Damn... that sucks. Have you tried contacting thexenonstore.com directly, and asking them how you can go about filling a warranty claim?

Well here's the update. Devin Montreuil of thexenonstore.com has agreed to warranty the bulb.

He had me send the bulb here:
http://www.umnitza.com./ (in california)

I couriered the bulb to the states over a week ago. The big problem is that once you take one of the bulbs out of the circuit with the prolumen HID conversion kit the other **&%^& bulb doesn't work. Not a good situation as I have explained in numerous emails to Devin. NO HID = NO SEE

He told me he would let me know when it was being shipped. Since I havent heard from him for over a week I wish he would let me know IF it even is being shipped at this point. I mean really how long does it take to put a bulb in a package and ship it?

You got his address? How much would a brick through his window be worth to you? j/k I need money for new tires.
I won't buy from this guy, for sure. Thanks for letting us know.

If Devon of The Xenon Store hasn't made good on his warranty, file a report on The Xenon Store at http://www.ripoffreport.com/ that should get his attention
