Twice in the last 2 weeks after the car has been sitting at least 6 hours I have start it and after about a minute I get a red flashing temp indicator and beep on the dash panel.I have turned the car off and restarted it a all is normal. I am bringing the car in next week for yearly inspection. Does anybody have any ideas what could be causing this. |

Is your temp sensor black? If so, it needs to be replaced with a new one. About $5 from the dealer.
