Default How Do I Replace The Cabin Air Filter?

2003 Turbo Beetle. Googled it and one answer says push middle dash piece forward, then remove the screws for the passenger side cover to get at it. Does anyone have some decent steps outlined (that are correct?)

Found out how to do it without the post, thanks though. Making a little video about the proper installation and general location (complete with helper-cat!) - I'll link the YouTube video for people interested in doing this. It's not a complete how-to, but it gives you a general idea of what's going on in there.

Here's a complete diy on how to replace cabin air filter. Last time I went to the dealer to get my $15 oil change they asked me If I wanted my cabin air filter changed. I said 'How much?' he told me $120 plus labor. I said I'll think about it. The filters are only $20 bucks and go behind the golve box . easy DIY. saved me close to $200 bucks. They do make a big diffence though, I noticed the diffence right away.
