I was looking through the file on our 01 GLX and found a print-out of a cars.com report on the car and found an interesting powertrain option. It says that the standard axle ratio is 3.94 but there was an optional 4.43 ratio. Was this ratio included in the Sport model? Was it part of the 17-inch wheel/suspension option? Is there any way to tell from the VIN which axle ratio the car has? I'm still trying to find an explanation for poor fuel economy.
Thanks, b |

On my 99 GLS, Final is 50.
I try to stay around 2k rpms as much as possible, but it's not possible on 65-mph highways.
