The FCM is located in the engine compartment, underneath the battery. You'll have to pull it and the fuse box first to access it.

The FCM has two bolts that hold it in place; if you look straight down from the front of the battery you should see them. They can be removed without taking out the battery; you will need a 10mm socket and a long extension and a telescoping rod with a magnet on the end.
