Default Taking off front door panel!

I'm female~ but mechanically inclined to a certain degree....determination is a more accurate description!!
Anyway~ after I had my windows re-tinted~ I noticed that something on the inside of the door panel is ratteling....ticks me off.... after searching on the outside of the door, I noticed that the middle screw on the bottom of the panel was missing~ so I put one in...that worked for a day or so, but now I am thinking they DROPPED something inside the door and it's hung up on something, it is driving me nuts~ so I've opted to take off the door panel and have a looky for myself! BUT~ BEFORE I do this I am searching the threads to see if anyone has a description as how to do so....and there were a few old ones. Anyone got any updates or advice as to how to do this?!
Thanks for any help!!
