Question Help. I am not sure what this is called, but....

I was wondering where I can buy a trunk lid cargo cover thingy. LOL. I am REALLY not sure what it is called.

It hooks into the back seat and covers the trunk area.

I have a 2001 VW New Beetle GLS Hatchback.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

Here ya go https://www.1stvwparts.com/partscat.html. You'll need to enter your NB's info and then click on "Rear body and floor", "Interior Trim", and finally "Pkg tray trim" and choose your color. This part is kind of pricey at $140.79. I need to get a new one since one of the plastic brackets on mine broke. I plan on checking out a salvage yard before buying one brand new.

Thumbs up Thanks

Wow. Thanks hyakugojyuuichi

Didn't realize they were that much. I think I will have to check out used.

Could you tell me what they 2 brackets mounted on the back seat are for? Thanks

They're a tethering point for ISOFIX/LATCH child seats.

post in the parts/accessories forum here on the org. You might find someone who is selling their manual.
