Default ABS, Airbag--Need Vag-Com Code Help

Hey, there:

Just pulled these codes from my 99 New Beetle (2.0L). My ABS light (and occasionally brake light) have been coming on for a few months; I thought I might need to repair the ABS module, but wanted to get the codes to be sure. Do I just need to replace the speed sensor?

I had pulled the airbag earlier this week in order to get to the wiper speed switch; not sure if the code indicates the airbag is installed incorrectly or this is just spurious. The airbag light was on before I downloaded the codes, but is gone now as we cleared them. I just installed a used instrument cluster, so I thought that might be part of the problem, too.
