Default recommended dealership for service in North Carolina

Can anyone recommend a dealership for service in North Carolina? (perferable central NC)
My driver side window on my 04 NBC is really acting squirrely and the liner has again pulled from the back window. I am hoping both will be covered under the mentioned service bulletins.

I don't go to any dealers, I go to local shops.

But I know of Flow and Southern States. I've heard mixed reviews of both. Sorry I can't be of more help. If you ever need a good local shop, let me know

I would love recommendations for local shops as well. I would prefer to not use a dealer but if I can get these particular problems fixed on a service bulletin I will use a dealership.

I'm in the Raleigh area so I know of 2 shops around here: Apex Tuning in Raleigh (this is the shop I always use) [apex-tuning.com] and Absolute Automotive in Durham. Both are run by guys on the local forum.

Join up over at ncdubs.org. Good group of folks. Not many Beetles, but very cool people. I think you're more towards the Charlotte area if I'm not mistaken (I can't see your location right now because of the forum changes boo). They can tell you better of what shops are more to the west of RTP and you can probably get some info for dealers. I think there have been a few threads on them actually if you search.

In order to get the work covered by a TSB and to have all the recall work done, you would have to pretty much go to a dealer anyway.
I'm in Salisbury and I've used Keffer VW in Huntersville for TSB and recall work. They are pretty comprehensive and have put a good crew of service advisors and technicians together.
You can schedule service online at any time and Bill Peterson, service manager, is a good guy to talk to. He'll treat you right.
