Problem with Stereo
 I have a '98 New VW and i stil have the stereo that came with it. But the tapeplayer doesn't work anymore, but sometimes it tries to. It will try to work while i'm listening to a cd or the radio but it just comes up as an error. DOes anymore else have this problem or do you know how to take out the stereo and put a new one in?!?! It is very annoying!!!

You will need the special radio tools to get the radio out.

Oh god I have this same problem, pisses me off so much. Never thought about getting a replacement deck since I'm not sure what would and wouldn't work, voltage, etc, and I need one of those mounts.
