New Beetle Convertible - Wiring Diagram please

Hi,

I have a 2006 convertible with some major electrical problems. I have done the visual inspection and repaired what I could see was faulty but now need to diagnose the electrical wiring and components. I checked the relay panel and fuses and ignition switch and they are OK.
Things that aren't working are the windows (no power to the motors though all fuses are OK), engine starts but check light is on and just idles (probably in limp mode), fuel cap does not open when pressing button and soft top electrical mechanism doesn't work. The left mirror also does not move at all.

I would appreciate any wiring diagrams, perhaps starting with the window electrics. I can't find any on the web...

If you could get your NB scanned and provide us the CEL codes, more detailed help could be provided and picking up a Bentley manual would be beneficial.
