intermitent blend doors
I have a 07 2.5 and the strangest things or going on with my blend doors for the ventilation system. On start up air comes out as normal but after around 10 min it backs down to a slight breeze. If I leave it system on 4, full blow it will continue to blow hot or cold air. If I shut her down for a while it works as normal and then is slows down. I could hear the blower crancking away. Any of you guys experianced like this.

No experience with this problem, but I'll think out loud here.
Could the bushing on the door arm as it passes thru the case be broken/cracked and the door is moving in the breeze on its own? That or the foam is coming off the doors after just 3 years? Sounds like something is blocking the flow. Just a guess. Jailor8
