So I agree with other posts that the visors on my 2001 are pathetic and small, but that isn't my problem. The sun reflecting off my dash and blinding me is becomming a real issue. All the covers I have found online appear to have a shine to them, so I'm worried that they won't improve the matter. Does anyone have any recommendations?

So you also have that problem! My dash has some glare, but more than that, i just can't stand the cheesy looking plastic that is scratched and ALWAYS dusty no matter how much I use the dashduster.
So, I began looking on line for a nice classy dashmat. I found some cheap looking carpet ones (ugh!) and had almost decided on the velour dashmat like i have in my VW Squareback. Then, I looked a little further and found some really nice ones, called Sedona suede. They look like perforated leather (nice, huh?) and come in the usual colors. They also have one that is brushed suede with no perforations. more than a few autp parts websites carry this product. Thorough search led me to the BEST price of $42.99 for a full cover for 98-04 NB. Another site has the same item for $65!! So... go here: BrandNewAuto.com |

I use an off brand cleaner from Wal-Mart, does not leave behind a shinny residue, but cleans well and with non-glare sunglasses I do not have a problem.
