Car won't start still
I recently changed the alternator in my 2003 2.0 bug and my car still won't start. This time it turns over yet it seems like it is not getting fuel. It starts to smell like gas after a couple of tries. The car is acting completely different from before and the battery is charged. What could it be this time?

Do you hear the fuel pump prime when you open the door? How old is the fuel filter?
