How To: Drivers Side Air Bag Removal
Hello Everyone,
I'm trying to remove the air bag on my daughter's '98 New Beetle. The air bag light is on for the second time in just over a year. A friends son scanned it Saturday with his Vag com, but I forgot to get the code from him. He is going to email it to me later, but he suggested removing the air bag and checking the connections. Last time it was the drivers side seat belt connector. So how do you remove the air bag from the steering wheel? Thanks! Jeff (who drives an '85 Vanagon Westfalia, no airbags, no ABS, no OBDII)
