Need electrical help??

My daughter has a 99 bug with 2.0.
She is at college. She called me last week. After driving to dorm from home 3 hrs she parked her bug.
Next morning her bug would not start.
dash lights, fan , would light up but not start.
She jumped it off. I got her to take to Auto Zone
battery and alternator tested OK. I had just got a new battey 2 mos ago.. I had her drive it
a while and charge up.. The next 4 days it started fine. Then the 5 day (starting it everyday)she went to start and it did not.
I had her check everything, trunk light, glove box, radio. Hon you must have left something on..

She tells me "Daddy I have had this bug 4 years and I know it pretty good". Nothing is left on.
Folks can anybody point me in the right direction to find the problem? somebody did tell me to pull the radio fuse out for 10 min??
