Exclamation Help please! Lots of problems!

I just got a 1999 new beetle manual transmission with 180000 miles on it for $2000! It needs a lot of things fixed! Mechanically it is great! but the check engine light is on? so is the abs light? The interior needs:
- New headliner
- the interior door arm rest cover stuff came off
- all 4 new cup holders(no center console) only the actual cup part WHERE CAN I BUY THESE???
- interior door handles(the pull ones not the actual handles)WHERE CAN I BUY THESE???(not chrome)
- the paint on the roof is faded and doesnt look so hot how should i cover this up cheaply? my dad had the suggestion of getting a vynl sticker thing and making the roof, hood, and trunk hot pink but leaving the rest black???
- i also want new vw decals for the front and back??? anyone know where???
A really big problem with it is the drivers window is like blocked up and the passenger side button to roll up and down is missing???
I could REALLY use all of the HELP that anyone could offer!(:

You need to get access to VAG-COM. That is the only scanner that will be able to read your ABS code(s). However, you can take it to an autozone and get the car scanned for the CEL. Also, at 180k, it should have had its second timing belt service done. Do you know if it was? What engine is in the car? 2.0? 1.8T? 1.9 TDI?

As far as the interior bits, there is almost always a part-out or two on here. I'd take a look in the parts for sale section for the part-outs and see what you can find.

Where are you located?
