Default Stuck door trim

I am trying to get Bailey's door trim off I have all the wires disconnected and screws out. I can swing the trim out from the door, but I just cant get it to come off from the top. Is there any special trick? Can they get stuck like this?

Yeah I got the two in the handle and the three on the bottom. I am pulling it up with all the force I can and it won't budge. (spider kicks door) (I don't even know what a spider kick is)

Hmm ok so trying it with the window down is the trick. Never saw that anywhere. I didn't want to do that. It is the main reason I was taking the panel off. Now to get it back up...

good deal. Didn't know the window had to be down, I just always rolled mine down for fear of scratching the tint. Good to know, I can see myself fighting with the door for hours over something silly
