I used a VAG Tacho 2.5 to read the immo PIN on my 2001 Beetle TDI.
Now, when I turn the ignition on, the Engine and Airbag lights come on and go off after a second. A second later the airbag light comes back on and stays on. What happened? How to fix that? TIA |

I would suggest you contact the vendor you purchased your VAG Tacho from, but I'm sure you've noticed after you purchased the clone and China has your money, they no longer respond to emails.

The dealer told me the key I bought has a bad or wrong RFID chip. The immo will not accept it and goes crazy.
They re-programmed my old key with no problem ($105). And the VAG Tacho I trust as far as I can throw the Chrysler building. I spent $50 for the key, $30 for the locksmith, $25 for the Vag Tacho, $95for the wrecker and $105 at the dealer = total $315 for nothing. A key at the dealer, cut and programmed would be $ 225. |
