Light bulb help, PLEASE

Ok, I need some help from someone with a Bentley or such (the owners manual is NO help)

I need to know the bulb type for the front turn signal bulb for a 2007 Beetle. I'm still sorting out the mess after the wife clipped a deer with her beetle last night (see thread Ahhhh crap for details)

Anyway, it looks like the bulb is an H21 but I cannot be sure as the bulb is smashed pretty good. I took what was left of it to all four of our local auto parts stores (NAPA, O'Reiley, Auto zone and Car Quest) and no one shows it in stock at any of their stores or warehouses. In fact, none of them even show what type of bulb it is.

Can someone help me out with this alien bulb.

Not in the Bentley, but the Oshram online bulb guide has them as H21W
.
