For long enough, yes. The plugs are still powered with the car off.

Also depends on the age of the battery though. That's how I ended up finally killing my battery. Left the GPS charger in overnight.
I personally wouldn't leave it plugged in all the time. But I also put the GPS away whenever its not being used. Rather not risk the car being broken in to. |
