Default Parts are fall'n off

Okay it finally happened to me. A part just broke for no reason and fell off. Luckily it was just the parking brake release button cap. Does anybody know what I have to buy to replace the cap(a entire new parking brake assembly )

Nope.

What I did was buy some double sided tape. Layer it enough so it fills the gap in between the actual button and the cap, and just stick it back on.

Most people say to glue it, but you'd need some really flexible glue, i tired it with super glue and it just breaks off again.

You could just buy a tube of plastic weld epoxy.

The ring around mine fell off, but I can't find it...... If I find it, hopefully glue will help to secure it!

Good luck with yours.......

I used 3M automotive adhesive tape (double sided). It has flex to it (foam tape) and is intended for sticking loose trim back on a car such as door guards. That sucker is never coming off!

Yeah, I had the same craptastic plastic "brushed chrome" parking brake release button fall off recently. Hey, does anyone know if the Turbo S button is plastic or billet?

Oh yeah, the '06's have a nice shiny billet button, but the whole assembly is a new design...
