The lastg couple Roswells were only 70 and 60ish - co, for missing a year I thought that was a reasonable number...also concidering that in the hey day of NB fever our club had from 10 to 4 cars going, only I made the trip this year...just seems that a lot of folks have moved on in the pst 3 years to other things. Don't get me started on how the economy impacted numbers! So considering all of that, we had thought that 50 cars would be a success...and we got the magic Herbie number 53! I didn't see the Cartoon, what day was that published.

We picked up a Sunday paper, not much, I think that the last image (small) was in the Sunday paper with a small article. Didn't mention that we will be returning every other year. We thought it might have been because they might have gone to print before we made the decision. Wonder if there was anything in Monday's paper. Guess we could search online.

You know, keeping the space/alien theme alive, what about Houston on the off Roswell years? It would be cool if we could get some sponsorship/support from the space center. I bet if the find out about the history of Roswell, they just might bite.

I want to just say that once again the Mighty CENTRAL! Caravan was the bestest and most interesting, with great people. For the new people that participated, which were most of you, you can see why the caravan is one of the highlights of the show. I hope to see you guys again in the future.

When is the next GTG? I went to the 2004 show and then got shipped overseas with the military, we are back now. When is the next Roswell gtg? Thanks We have an 09 and a 10 (Final Edition) and a 63

After the pole was taken we now have dates for the next Roswell National New Beetle Convention. It will be held on June 9,10,11, and 12th of 2011.

Please save these dates for the next Roswell and start saving up some spare cash now. I hope this is enough notice so all can attend. It was very fun this year and could even be better if we got more attendance. Lets beat the 53 cars we had this year!
