I like the Dinner Buffet choices of:

Roasted Baron of Beef
Baked Chicken with Herbs

Roasted Potatoes
Fresh Green Beans

Mixed Greens salad
Pasta Salad

I would stay away from the Mexican food given that many will eat at Tia Juana's on Thursday.

Dairy Queen for dessert.

I like pretty much everything on the Dinner Buffet menu. I've had enough BBQ and Mexican food to last a lifetime, and like Susan said, we're eating at Tiajuana's on Thursday.

Llona and I agree completely with Sue's choices:

Roasted Baron of Beef
Baked Chicken with Herbs

Roasted Potatoes
Fresh Green Beans

Mixed Greens salad
Pasta Salad

Also agree with staying away from the Mexican. Long road trip on Sunday so we need to be kind to our tummies.
