Default Roswell 2011 - Final Banquet Count

I know...another poll, but this should be the final one.
We need to let the Sally Port know by June 3rd a really close count of how many folks will be attending.

The car show is free (no attendance fee as with all other shows) - the banquet will be about $25 a person...less for kids...I can confirm the prices if someone wants me to. We aren't making any money off of the banquet or the car show...but we want everyone attending Roswell to make it to the banquet.

At the Banquet:
Good Food!
Good socializing with other new beetle folks!
Slide Show! of the weekends photos and some of the scavenger hunt photos.
Award Presentations! (awards are presented at the banquet, not the car show)...and I have worked hard on these!
Door/raffle prizes - (we are going to set up a table this year with tickets taped to the items...so no 30 minutes of numbers called out)

Raffle - please bring one VW or bug type item to share with others...all the raffle items from 2009 were provided by folks that attended the show. Kind of like a white elephant exchange without the fighting over an item. LOL

So please choose a number of people attending the banquet in the poll and also, if you need to make a comment or want to point out kid number or whatever, please post and I will read all of these prior to the deadline so we can come up with a good number to give the Sally Port.

Thanks
antoine

I went ahead and checked four as the other couple that is Bugavanning with us aren't on the board. If for some reason they don't show, I'll just eat twice as much. So Nurse Diesel and I plus them make 4. (Pretty good math skills eh?)

17 days till we leave. Not that I am counting or anything.

Good deal! There are definitely some folks not on the boards that are going to show up...so we will have to factor that into the count, but glad you are putting a number up there for them.

Ryan and I are a maybe on the banquet. It depends on what time it starts. We need to be on our way out of Roswell by 7PM.

We have to be in Lake Tahoe by Sunday evening, so we're staying Saturday night in Gallup to give us a head start on Sunday morning. We really didn't want to miss it, but my mother didn't listen to me when I told her we couldn't be there until Monday. The dates for Tahoe aren't flexible. So we'll have fun in Roswell on Thurs.-Sat. But we have to head out a little early on Saturday. Forgives?

WIN! I have to talk to Ryan about it and see what he wants to do, but for now mark us down as tentatively in attendance.

We still have the blue beetle. Architects should be required to visit the work site sometimes. The blueprints don't always work out. I think they hit the BOTTLE before they start drawing the prints!

Yeah - we do visit our sites...it's part of our contracts...but then again, we are working with steel and concrete and 20+ million dollar projects. But we do have the occassional beer Friday!

I know we have more than this going - I am working on an email/info package for folks to download, so hopefully we can get more of the folks from the Topica "List" posting their attendance to the banquet as well. When we hear back from the Sally Port on the final pricing I will be posting that up.
