Barbie Beetle
So here it is, the ultimate Barbie fan accesory.
This is a 2007 Pink Color Concept with a 2.0 engine. There are only 13 of this, one is going to be given away in a contest and the other 12 are being sold at about 25,000 bucks. The catch is that all of them are here in México, sorry for those who really wanted one jejejejeje. The pictures didnt show, ill post a link in a few minutes

While I would never drive it (we beetle guys seem to have enough problems - http://www.newbeetle.org/forums/showthread.php?t=11753 - ) I can see how these customizations have a strong appeal. After all I drove an Herbie-looking one for a long time.
It is unique and at the same time it has strong ties to a well known brand/caracter.

omg i want one!!!
i was driving back to LA from San Diego and I saw a pink NBC similar color at a dealer on the side of the freeway (probably laguna niguel) maybe it was this.

It says it has a 2.0 motor in it.. For a 2007 that doesn't make any sense.
