Wrong! It's just WRONG! It was wrong on the Mercedes CLS, it was wrong on the Maserati Quattroporte, it was wrong on the Passat CC, it's wrong now on the Panamera, and it will still be wrong on the Aston Martin Rapide and Lamborghini Estoque when they come out!

Wrong, wrong, wrong, wrong, WRONG!

SEDANS ARE NOT SUPPOSED TO BE CURVY LIKE THAT!!!!!

Ain't diggin it. Like mrchaotica said..

Wrong, wrong, wrong.

At least don't make a vehicle like that and wrap it up in a Porsche moniker.

That would be like making our new beetles a 4-door. And YES, there was a thread on the very subject many moons back. Still it's

Wrong, wrong, wrong

I would not buy one (I could not even afford the insurance.. ), but I would not call it hideous.

Yeah, same thoughts on the Cayenne. Heh, that turned out in Porsche's favor and I'm assuming this will as well. I think the Panamera is pretty nice to look at. Hopefully it also has a healthy profit margin too.

Oh, and last I checked the Estoque was cancelled (unless I'm wrong).

I don't think it's to bad but I wouldn't buy one, other than because I couldn't afford one

I actually like the Cayenne. I think the big selling point for me is that the Cayenne, like other Porsche's are a race-proven vehicle, which is how I see the Porsche label; it's look says the same as well. I guess the Panamera might get a workout on the race circuit, but still i'm not diggin' it. I'd buy the Maserati Quattroporte, before the Panamera.... Like I have the money to get either. At least not at this juncture

I'd drive it if someone gave it to me
Wouldn't spend a year's salary on it, though.

Good thing they don't make one car to please everyone.
I think it's one nice looking sport sedan, which I'm guessing is the market they're after (rich people with kids).
The interior is sweet. I'm sure driving it would be amazing.
Would I buy one if I had the money? Who knows...I've never been fortunate enough to even drive a Porshe, but don't hate it by a long shot.

I agree, but that was only because they gave it the wrong name. The vehicle itself is almost as good as its fraternal twin, the Chrysler 300, and the 300 (esp. the SRT-8 version) is my canonical example of what a sedan should be!
