New 2009 Beetle owner to be- question??

My wife is getting a new 2009 Beetle 4/26/10. It's a 2009 repossess convertible Cream color with a black top 2700 miles.( It's being resold by a VW dealership here in Dayton Ohio) Now being new to the forum are they coming out with a new body style Beetle after 2010 or not? I take it that 2010 is the last year for this body style.

Your guess is as good as anyone else's. Most magazines are saying yes. Their details may be a bit different depending on the magazine, and they all have different sketches of what it could look like.

There has been NOTHING official given by VW, so what we've seen so far, is nothing more than speculation.

So there could be an all new New Beetle (or just Beetle) out anywhere between December 2010, and never.

I'm going to actually close this thread. Only because we have a gazillion page thread already on the rumors of the next gen here
