Default HOT!!! - New Beetle SUV: EDAG Biwak

Hi Fans,

the german design-engineers from EDAG presented today a brand new Concept Car, based on the New New Beetle. It's an SUV. The the "real" presentation is on the 1. of march at the "Genf Automobil Salon".

Excuse my terrible english, but I have not very much time.

For more information an pictures/drawings look at

www.ebeetle.de

Bye.

well, I like the design. I don't want another SUV on the road, though, even if it's a TDI with 48MPG capabilities. I'll cry if this is what the beetle evolves into.

I think the sketch needs some modifications, but i rather like the concept of it. It's an SUV i might actually be interested in. I've toyed with the idea of going baja with my Beetle and this SUV thing would fit that.

So they finally modernized the Kübelwagen!

Needless to say, I'f buy it if it had a diesel and use it for offroading. Looks like fun, but doesn't the Polo aleady fill this niche?
