Look at all that backseat leg room!

Why black carpeting with beige seating? Not a bad look, but monster mats would have been cheaper......:D

I do have Monster Mats. :D

The beige carpet is a chore to keep clean, and it's... well, there's too much beige in the interior for my liking.. That is also why I ditched the beige leatherette armrest lid for the black leather unit.

I'm going for an OEM look, one that will make most people give it a second (or third!) glance. ;) Oh, and the beige seats against black looks rather Audi-esque and classy.

I love it, very good idea :D

I love clean, OEM-looking Bugs, it warms my heart to see people who 'get it'

Edit: Rated 5 stars for a clean NB :)

You'll dig my next big mod, then. ;)

Here is the new shift boot. Very similar to the one on the manual URCC models, but... hell, this is much nicer. :D Courtesy of Overheadcam's mom.

And Deb, the Monster Mats. ;)

Excellent with the black carpet! I'm trying to bring more black in to mine too. Looks great! :D

May I ask where you got your sill guards?

Very Beautiful, gotta love that red!
The sill guards are a standard item on the car. The NBC's doorsills are higher (and seemly narrower, in regards to interior trim) than on the coupe.

VW used to install sill guards on the NB coupe, my '00 has them on already. The '03, however, does not. I think they're similar to the ones VW sells in the accessory catalog. I might try to get the original style for my '03...
