I can understand Hot Topics, Events, and Classifieds, but what is the reasoning behind archiving Misc Hoo-Ha? There are a number of threads that are posted to (like ABC's LOST, Seinfeldesque, etc.) that are older than a year, but are still posted to quite often.

Is it possible to just archive threads that haven't been posted to in a year?

Threads in the Misc. hoo-haa were breaking some of the ways that our users chose to view the NB.org.

Ie: Threaded display mode was broken.

If needed, threads version 2.0 Can be created.

However they may be archived off again on a periodic basis.

so if a thread was created more than a year ago (like the HEROES thread (save the cheerleader, save the world) but still gets hits weekly, it is now archived and read only? is that right?

I guess the LOST thread also found the fate of the archive as well.

And, I guess I will have to start a new one for that, as well. Maybe closer to the start of the season, so it won't get archived as fast???

TJ, I had already started new ones immediately after I posted the quote you used.

so yours are redundant. and the Heroes thread already has all of this seasons stuff in it.
HEROES Thread

the Lost thread I started is called LOST Banter. Here it is LOST BANTER

That seems unrelated to the topic you've posted in "Forum Archives".

Please start a new thread for your question Sara, Id recommend the "Questions, Concerns, or Problems" forum.
