Well its getting cold in Ohio and Sarah's Beetle only wanted to put air out the dash vents. Thanks to the diy's on the org I was able to get her working this weekend.
I want to give a shout out to D2Beetle for the excellent write up and to whom ever showed the zip tie to secure the cable sleeve on the diverter control, sorry but I cant find where I saw this. Boy was I glad I didnt have to dismantle the whole dash. The clip that holds the cable sleeve broke off the housing. For the stealer to fix the problem $800 plus. The org, me, and one zip tie,,,,Priceless. Again Thanks to all!!!! |
