Calling all the org peeps in the Greater Tampa bay area!!!

If you've read any of my posts, I'm sure you've heard me talk about my German mechanic friend here before. Just wanted to let you guys know that he has up for sale a really sweet 2007 convertible 2.5 in Green (I believe 07 was Gecko Green? I know it's not the same as my 01 Cyber Green, more metallic and muted) with a tan top/interior, automatic...only 63,000 miles. Looks great inside and out. If I remember correctly, it even has the fancy self dimming rear view mirror. He's only asking $10,900 for it. I would have gotten it myself if my budget hadn't been no more than $6,000 out the door. My price range led me to my 2001 with 104,000 miles on it instead...but I love my Iggy for sure. I know it's been gone over mechanically with a fine tooth comb...he's a real stickler for doing things right. It even comes with real cup holders (something my 01 is sorely lacking) and a cute pink stuffed flower in the vase too, who wouldn't want to buy it now? LOL. His pics are overexposed a bit so they don't do the color any justice.

Since its an '07, it would be the 2.5L, not 2.0. Just as an FYI

Kk...thanks for info. I don't really know much about the different beetles and was just going by the ad. Probably a typo. Saw the ad again today and it looks like the price is down to $9900 now.

It is a 2.5, typo in the original ad.

He's dropped the price again. Think he's ready to take any reasonable offers. It's starting to annoy him now...lol.
