WTB: OEM Bixenon Conversion Kit

Good luck mate. They come up seldom and they aren't easy to install; my co-worker has the kit for his 99 and it's proving to be a PITA!
I just hunted down two OEM headlights and used aftermarket ballasts, basically plug and play. Couldn't be happier.

What's the difficulty do you know?

I already have 4 bixenon headlights with the nicest set in the car. I was looking at getting the kit for the ease of using OEM wiring but is it not worth it?

It's far from plug and play if you have the older 3 wire headlight connector.
This is how I did it:
Use OEM HID housings with quality aftermarket ballasts, I used Matsush1ta Gen V Ballasts.
Run the yellow wire from car to positive on ballast plug, ground to ballast and run the white wire (high beam) to the high beam solenoid in the headlight using a TDI Injection Pump Connector and repair wire (connector part number 6R0973735) to the proper pins. Viola!

I mounted the driver's ballast using 3M double sided tape to the right of the air box and the passenger's ballast is up in the fender using double sided tape.
I figured out which pin for the city lights and connected them to the marker light because I have a Euro headlight switch
