My guess, is that its the hosting company.

I uploaded a picture to photodump.com and ... it was resized as well. Perhaps if you registered an account with photodump.com as opposed to uploading it anonymously??

This has nothing to do with the NB.org, and has entirely to do with where you host your pictures.

Look at moving to a different free picturehosting company like http://www.flickr.com or http://www.photobucket.com

Yeah, you're absolutely correct. I was using Photodump, which for some reason was resizing the posted pics . Sorry for all the frustration with the org, which had nothing to do with it

I'm now just uploading the pics I want to post as "attachments", and it's working beautifully

Thanks for the help.

Better yet, DON'T use a 3rd party hosting site. Upload the images directly to the Org and then we'll never have broken image links.

Ditto! I've been having wonderful luck uploading the images directly to the Org, and don't have to even deal with any 3rd party hosting site!

Is there a way to make an additional donation of a different amount?

i feel really bad for rising this thread from the dead, but i read on page 1 ( at least i think that was it) that the ms is good for "life" or 30 years. but now days when you donate for ms, it says 1 year above the amount. is it still good for "life"

Yes, I believe it is like any yearly subscription.

Lifetime was the intention of the original creator. It, however has grown larger than imagined and operating costs don't allow for that. It's also now run as a business enterprise VS "love for the new beetle community".
