Yes, it appears that attachments may be disabled in "Site News" or at least this thread, but the button shows elsewhere, so it's all good

The locations were SO handy to have at a glance. I think they're pretty essential, in many discussions or even cries for help it's crucial to know what area the person's coming from.

Yeah rep really didnt add anything to the forum as in its previous attempts it was abused and used for things other then adding rep to people whose posts merited it (it became a popularity contest)

Attaching images is not allowed in site news
