Here are pictures of the two most recent additions. A light blue cover to match the light blue color VW; and an upholstered cover. Just in time for the democratic convention.

Excellent product!!
I'll tell you folks. It's worth it alone just to have a place to mount my GPS with the suction cup instead of on the windshield!! Now my GPS is within reach and at eye level!!
And I can also hide some of the wires by tucking it underneath the bugdash where the "lip" is in front so reduces a lot of excess wires hanging down.
Matt is great to deal with! Fedex had some problems getting it to me and was damaged in the shipping but Matt made good on it!
Highly recommend!!
P.S. I ordered the vertical mount/ not the flat dash in case you're wondering what I said about the "lip" part.

I have produced a limited quantity of flat Carbon fiber dash covers. These are very cool. I just sold the first one to marvin's dad. I'm going to run these on ebay for $99.99, however, to org members I will discount to $89.99. This is my second run of carbon fiber. I imagine these could sell out fast. I also produced some more flat dash covers. Available for $60 through the website. PM or message me if interested. Thanks, The Bug Dash

I have carbon fiber samples available. That way you can see what it looks like before purchase. Just mail be a self addressed envelope.

How well does the "flat dash" work with center gauge pods like the Autotech or Bernt?

Hey Matt, I got my dash cover in the mail, and it seems like it's not staying still on the dash (trying to slide around, and seems somewhat warped).

How does it attach to the dash? Did I miss out on something?

Cold weather is probably impairing. Give it a couple of days with decent temperature to allow it to contour to your dash. Each dash is slightly different so the memory in the plastic has to work its magic. Hope this helps, Matt.

I had the same problem. When I had the heat on in the winter, it would "wing up" on the left and right sides. It warped from the heat.

There's no apostrophe before an 's' when you're talking about the plural version of a word. "I took some neat photo's!" is NOT correct.

Warping from the heat of the defroster is not possible. The Bug Dash Cover can not warp from that.

I can guarantee you that it does. I have picture proof. In fact we even talked about it in another thread. My defroster heater caused my dash cover to warp upwards. When I turned the heater off, it assumed it's normal position within an hour.

It will rise and fall with the heat but will settle down when cooled and contour to the dash. Permanent warping is a stretch?

That's true. It did not permanently warp. It warps/bends when my heater is on and then goes back to its original shape after several mins. have passed once the heater is off.

Mine also put some scratches in the rubberized paint on my dash, too. I can't say I was happy with mine. Sorry. I have to be honest here.
