Default Fowvay's Outer TT-Vent Install How-To

"How To" install Audi TT outer Dash vents.

Tools needed.

Dremel with a drum sander attachment.or a sharp round file.
1 small flat head screw driver.

15 minutes install time.

Goto you local Audi Dealer and ask for the Audi TT dash vents. They will most likely need to order them for you.

This install is for the outside vents only. You will need to reshape the inside of the dash a little bit as discribed in the picture. Then simply pop them into the dash. easy as pie.

I rate this Mode a 2 out of 5 on difficulty only because you need to be carefull removing the bottom nub.

ooops I made a grammatical error on that lil picture.
It should read "untill it looks like the red circle"

The TT vents cost $50 a pair from your Audi Dealer the last time I checked and if you install them this way they remain fully functual.

here is a pic installed with some additional directions.

This is where the Nub used to be it needs to be removed to allow the new TT vent to sit in deeper and still allow the vent ring to turn.
