Default 3D console cover

I know a lot of folks have used the Dash trim, just wondering if anyone has tried the center console cover. How's the fit? Any pix appreciated.

Thanks
Tracy

I mine. It comes with 3M tape to adhere it, but it's such a snug fit that I didn't even use it. I say go for it!

Thanks Juggbug, I know the dash piece fits great (and yours does look exceptional! ), I am wondering about the console cover that goes down between the seats, around the shifter etc. I don't think they make one for the 06, I believe they make it for the swivel cup holders and previous years. I saw this over at TVA. Anybody else seen this?

LOL I'm such a dork Tracy! I always call my 'dash' the center console! But the one in between the seats is one thing that I don't have in JB!

But someone on here has got to have one, right?! So who's got it?!

Ha, let's just call it the lower center console. Over at TVA they show a drawing. It looks like it would cap the "lower" console, including the swivel cup holder and the part that runs to the e brake area and the front piece around the 12v outlet. Hey, jazzcat it's sort of like it. Thanks for the pix. The rest of the kit looks different. I know the upper dash piece fits well, I am betting this part would fit as well. I'd just like to see one on. Since I need to order the top part I want to see if I want to order this part as well.

Umm, My Bug is an 05, so I know I need the swivel cup style. I am just looking for some pictures and maybe some fit comments, yea or nay. Thanks folks.

Aura, I like the painted knobs. My interior is the tan. I painted some of the dash stuff red (wonder how those knobs would look in red?), but I am leaning toward painting the upper dash cover trim in gloss black and possibly the center lower console in black too. Just want to play the tan down as I will be putting in black carpet down the line. I don't hate the tan at all, just that down towards the floor, darker is better for me.

I have the center similar to Juggy's.

I think mine is adhered with glue, it's been so long I don't remember.

Here's an old blurry pic

Hey, I like the idea of using 2 colors. that looks good! But I am talking about the lower console between the seats where the shifter, cups and e brake are. Anybody?

Thanks

Oh well.. my bad That piece is pretty easy to take out if you want to paint it to match.

jazzcat's looks good. i would think it would need glue or tape to keep it on.
