Adding spots on '99 GLX (Bumper replacement?)

Hey guys. I have a just bought a beautiful '99 Manual GLX in black.

Looking at replacing the front bumper with the much nicer newer style beetle fronts that have the little spot lights in the grill. Just wondering how difficult this is, and also if there is a how-to

Also, i'm in the UK, usually that makes things a little more difficult hehe.

Hmmm...looked at the bumper and not too keen.

Am I not able to just replace the grill with one with spotlights on it?

If not can I get a 2000+ beetle bumper and just switch them over? I might be able to get one from the scrappers or other source.

In 2001 they switched the grilles do if you get a grille from a wrecked car, make sure it's from a 98-2000 model.

I wouldn't even want to guess at what will be required for wiring. I hope it's all there for your sake. :P
