Default will an 06 front bumper cover fit an 02?

I had a small incident this weekend with the wifes beetle and need to fix it back up so I can sleep in the bed again. thought it might be a wicked cool time to change the cover over to 06 styling if at all possible.

many thanks!

Only if you can make your 02 turn into an '06. The 06 and above fascia would require new front and rear fenders and running boards followed by all of the lighting required. The front blinkers are separate wiring as opposed to the single plug (3 wires - 2 hot one ground) that your '02 currently takes.

Probably way more money than you really want to spend. I believe that there may be some other fitment issues.

It's not too bad, but bad enough to need fixed.
